Open residential health assistance (RSA Aperta)

This measure is characterised by it’s offer of
interventions, where social health is priority. 
They support the permanent residence of individuals in their own homes,
for people affected by certified dementia or for elderly people who are no
longer autonomous at an age greater that 75 years old.  Through certified intervention, they support
the maintenance of remaining abilities of benefitting users, and slow down,
where possible, the decay of diverse functions, avoiding and or delaying
permanent admission in a centre, whilst also offering support to the designated
Caregiver.
