This typology of measures are addressed to
citizens of the age equal to or above 65, resident within the county of
Lombardia, whom are experiencing fraility or partial autonomy. Integrational support is provided and support
services are designed to maintain individuals present abilities in a controlled
and protected environment, with the objective to delay psychophysical and
social conditions decline.
